Peter has been involved in higher education for over 30 years, acting as a Program Director in Accounting and Finance for local and overseas degree programs for most of this time.  As an academic, Peter has designed and delivered courses at the undergraduate and postgraduate level for delivery locally, interstate, overseas (China, Vietnam, Hong Kong, Malaysia and Singapore) and online in the areas of finance and financial planning. 

Peter also has extensive experience in liaising with professional bodies in accounting and finance together with government regulators and industry partners regarding the development of courses and programs suitable for all parties. An example was his involvement in the first University courses in the state to be government accredited as part of the Financial Planning licensing regime.

As a CPA Australia public practitioner, registered tax agent and ASC registered agent, Peter has also operated an educational consultancy business which has developed teaching resources for publishers to supplement University textbooks as well as provide taxation and secretarial services to small-to-medium business enterprises.
